Lori
RDH, Dental Hygienist

I have worked for Dr. Berg and Dr. Johnson as a registered dental hygienist for 12 years. This has given me enough time to really get to know my patients and detect subtle changes in their mouths over time. I love educating my patients on how to improve their overall health. Making that connection is important, and I love getting people excited about improving their teeth and gums! At home, I live with my husband, Phil, our two children, Anna and Ben, and our dog Mazy. My family and I like to hike and camp together!

Linda

I enjoy building relationships with our patients and helping them find the best way to achieve life-long oral health. I work as a registered dental hygienist, and I truly love what I do. The patients here always brighten my day, and I try to do the same for them. Dr. Berg and Dr. Johnson are great dentists because they take the time to listen to the patients to give each one the dentistry specific to their needs. They are always on top of the latest technology and provide the highest quality treatments. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family. I have a horse, goats and chickens- I especially love my chickens!

I love working with this amazing, dedicated dental team. From the front office, the assistants, other hygienist and our Doctors; we all truly love what we do! My dental career started in 1972 as a dental assistant, then later returning to school to become a hygienist. Through the years my goal has been to achieve the very best, caring, gentle care I can, while educating my patients to be successful in their own dental health care.

When I'm not working, I love camping with my husband, family and friends, rafting, hiking , biking and golf.

What to Do About Broken Dental Veneers
Broken dental veneers can be a problem right away, or a problem you have a little bit of time to correct. It all depends on what the actual problem is. Sometimes, a dental veneer will fracture, meaning you will see a small chip or crack in the porcelain. Other times, your dental veneer can break completely off of your tooth. However, both problems need immediate attention so you can avoid any type of painful consequence.

When Your Dental Veneer Crack, They Can Be Fixed

Dental bonding is an easy fix when your dental veneers crack or chip. The bonding cement can fill in the slight issue, and you can go on about your day. This often takes little time, and your veneers often do not look any different after they have been fixed than they did before.

When Dental Veneers Debond, They Need Rebonding

When your dental veneers come off entirely, this is called debonding. What you need to have done at this time is have the dental veneers looked at to see if they can still be used. If they can, then you need them rebonded to your teeth. If not, you need a new set of veneers made.

Dental veneers that come off entirely are typically more painful than those that simply crack or chip. However, both have the potential of posing a problem for your teeth in very little time. Should you notice that something feels off with your dental veneers, give our office a call. We want to help!
